What we need to conduct process service

While sending the documents through email: Please send a PDF version of the documents.

While sending via post or courier: Hardcopy of the documents can be sent to our New Delhi address (will be provided through email).

As India is also a member of The Hague Convention, as per the provision of this convention, all the member countries can take up overseas process service in different states. For the process Service under the Hague Convention in India, we require 2 sets of original documents along with USM-94 form (for USA clients) or an equivalent for other countries.
